Leafa College gridiron head coach Dan Harding has had his contract extend by another six years after a successful 2074 campaign which saw the Spirit win their third successive BCS Championship. When Coach Harding heard the news, he raised his fists like a global champion in boxing.

"I feel like a king," said Coach Harding, after juicing down a James Boag's Draught following the announcement. "Today, I continue my work in making gridiron a sport for everyone. I promise to not only promote this game across the country, but I also want to promote the benefits of being a scholar-athlete. Our men are of a great character and pedigree, and it is my unshakable belief that this will continue into the future.

Former receivers coach D.A. McGraw has been promoted to offensive coordinator, while the new defensive coordinator is Spencer "Bong" Alcasid, the former secondary coach. A new receivers coach and secondary coach for the program will be announced at a future date, perhaps in February 2015.
